I can hardly believe that Payton is 7 years old already. I can remember each year and birthday celebrated as if it were just yesterday. Payton is by no means perfect yet to us he is a very mature, well-mannered 7 year old boy who is very respectful for those around him. He is very courteous to his brothers and his friends and loves to stay active. Whether it's playing catch, shooting hoops, golfing, swimming, riding his bike (with/out holding onto his handle bars), fishing, playing football, playing coach pitch... not very often will you see him just hanging out. We enjoy our busy boy and wouldn't trade him for the world. Payton is one who will call his Gma's or Dad on the phone in the middle of the day (for no reason) to see what they are up to and just talk about anything. We love him to pieces and appreciate everything that he has done and given to us.
This year I made Payton a "Golf" cake. The main part of the caked turned out well... it was the golf ball that I was not so happy with. I will be attempting my 10th home-made birthday cake in a couple months and I will possibly be making 2 of them.

I LOVE the cake Tiff!!! It's so fun to see what you come up with with each birthday! That first picture makes Payton look like such a little man! Before you know it, he's going to be double digits! Good job on the cake!!!
