So most of you know that I have made the boys' birthday cakes every year. This year for Brooks I made him a race track cake using some of their matchbox nascars. He was so proud that it was "his" cake... yet depressed when he seen me cutting it up and giving it away. For Braxton's first cake I thought it would be just perfect to make him a monkey cake... since his nickname has kind of stuck... "chunky monkey". I thought they turned out really well and really enjoyed making them.
